“I recorded this album in 2023. I decided to move to Rostov-on-Don for a while, leaving the cultural capital behind. I took two small synthesizers with me: a microKorg and an Akai miniak, and a Fender Stratocaster guitar. I rented a room with a view of the Don River and started creating. It was important for me to dive headfirst into the wave, to capture the atmosphere. I’d go out in the evenings for walks around the city center, completely alone. Everything is very unique: the people, the architecture. Everything contributed to a complete immersion. The house where I lived was very old, built before the revolution. The wiring was like in films about Lenin. The power went out periodically, which affected the recording for the better! The program started glitching, and I didn’t really apply any effects. Everything sounded lo-fi! Why such a Japanese vibe? I don’t know myself. Inspiration that’s all :)”

«Этот альбом я записал в 2023 году. Тогда я решил переехать на время в Ростов-на-Дону из культурной столицы. Взял с собой два небольших синтезатора: microKorg и Akai miniak, гитару Fender Stratocaster. Снял комнату с видом на Дон и начал творить. Для меня было важно нырнуть с головой в волну, поймать атмосферу. Выходил вечерами гулять по центру города в полном одиночестве. Все очень своеобразное. Люди, архитектура. Все способствовало полному погружению “в себя”. Дом, где я жил, был очень старый. Дореволюционной постройки. Проводка как в фильмах про Ленина) электричество периодически выключалось, что отразилось на записи в лучшую сторону! Программа начинала глючить и особо никаких эффектов я не накладывал) все и так звучало lo-fi! Почему такой японский вайб? Я и сам не знаю. Вдохновение и все)»
